Hana Eid

Hana Eid

Hana Eid writes songs that feel like “the love letters you’re too afraid to send.” Combining confessional lyricism with raw vocal performances and earworm melodies, her indie-rock songs tell stories that feel like they’ve been pulled from the depths of listeners’ minds. Her debut album, "Trains Running Backwards," was written amidst this personal metamorphosis, chronicling her deepest thoughts about her identity and interpersonal relationships. To produce the record, she tapped in Noah Weinman, aka folk-rock cult favorite Runnner (excluding “Bet”, prod. Josef Kuhn). Fresh off the success of co-producing Gigi Perez’s hit “Sailor Song”, Noah was the perfect fit to bring her vision of unfiltered emotion to life. The album combines elements of indie rock, folk, and shoegaze into a sonic palette that stands completely on its own. She shares, “what I have found, particularly in the creation of this record, is that love is the most powerful and exotic force on earth. We learn and grow so much through connection. & then we scrap it & start again.”
