The Festival Lineup Extractor is a tool that uses AI to extract artist names from festival lineup poster images. The Service:

• Analyzes uploaded images to identify artist/performer names
• Generates CSV files containing extracted artist information
• Checks extracted artists against our database
• Stores uploaded images and generated files for processing

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only upload images you have the right to use
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Not upload malicious files or content

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Knokr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Knokr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Accuracy of Results

The AI-powered extraction may not be 100% accurate. Users should verify extracted artist names before relying on them for any purpose.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
