Born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, Trim’s journey into music began after an unexpected exit from Division I football and college. What started as freestyling with friends during downtime evolved into a serious pursuit once his raw ability stood out, leading him to record music on BandLab. Early releases gained traction through TikTok music reviews, earning co-signs from Sonny Digital, Ray Daniels, and DJ Plugg —momentum that culminated in the release of his breakout single, Down the Pole.
