Seulement is the solo project of MathieuArsenault, an electronic musician andaudiovisual artist from Montreal. His workexplores the imperfections of the human bodyin our era of technological perfection. Morespecifically, he is interested in the integrationand transformation of the human voice andgesture in digital arts. First known as the leadsinger of the electronic rock band TechnicalKidman, his solo practice now extends toaudiovisual performances, as well as albumsand experimental films. His work has beenpresented at numerous festivals includingMUTEK Montréal (CA), ELEKTRA (CA),Videocittà (IT), Modular M+ (HN), CODEC(PE), Lunchmeat (CZ), Wavelength (CA),Sound/Image (UK), International Film FestivalRotterdam (NL), Festival International desFilms sur l’Art (CA), Iceland Airwaves (IS) andSuoni Per Il Popolo (CA).
