Panoramic Voices, directed by Juli Orlandini, is Austin’s genre-blurring community choir built on a “music without borders” philosophy. With no auditions or participation fees, the ensemble brings together more than 200 singers per project to create bold, joyful performances that reflect the collaborative spirit of Austin’s music scene. Known for partnering with local artists across genres, Panoramic regularly commissions new work from Austin composers and reimagines original music for choir alongside bands, chamber ensembles, and experimental creators. The result is a concert experience that feels vibrant, communal, and distinctly Austin—where audiences might hear anything from indie rock to chamber music to pop anthems, all lifted by a massive community chorus. Through these collaborations, Panoramic Voices actively supports Austin’s creative economy—employing local musicians, commissioning new works, and creating opportunities for artists to share their music with new audiences.
