From Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, LU GOT THE TASTE was born from the fusion of music and dance. Having begun her exploration of dance and performance at the age of seven, encompassing genres such as jazz, heels, contemporary, and showdance, Lu launched her musical career in front of the microphone and camera. Her perfect control of rhythm and her body are evident in each of her tracks, from hip hop to dembow and even alternative. One thing is clear: LU is here to stay. Under the Slowly label in collaboration with Angeles Mafia, LU's project promises to be the underdog of 2026.
