Formed in 2020, Bristol’s melodic alt-indie four-piece Adult Leisure have fast become one of the UK’s most promising new bands. After making an instant impact with debut single ‘Things You Don’t Know Yet’ and acclaimed EPs ‘The Weekend Ritual’ and ‘Present State of Joy and Grief’, championed by BBC Radio 1, Under The Radar Magazine, Wonderland Magazine, The Telegraph, Jake Gosling and RTE, the band now arrive with their debut album ‘The Things You Don’t Know Yet’, released on October 3rd 2025. Featuring standout singles ‘The Rules’, ‘Boy Grows Old’ and ‘See Her’ (both featuring John Waugh of The 1975), the album showcases their signature blend of cinematic alt-indie and heartfelt lyricism.
